You can use this form to tell us that you want to return your order. Using it is optional: you can also tell us by email, by phone or via our contact page, in any wording you like.
Time limits: you have 30 days to tell us, starting on the day after delivery. From the day you tell us, you have a further 14 days to send the goods back; dispatching them within that period is enough. The full conditions are in our Return & Refund Policy.

Where to send the goods: our fulfilment partner's warehouse, Wang Maoqin, Lane 1177, Jianlan Road, Meixu Street, Yinzhou District, Ningbo, Zhejiang 315100, China. For change-of-mind returns you bear the return shipping costs, estimated at approximately AUD 30 to 50 depending on carrier and weight. If your item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, we cover all costs, and your guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law apply.
