Harperwears started with a simple idea: stylish, comfortable fashion should not cost a fortune.
Who we are and how we work
We are an online fashion store for customers across Australia, operated by AB Com BV, a company based in Brussels, Belgium. We are an online webshop only: we have no physical stores, and despite serving the Australian market, we are not an Australian company. We would rather tell you that plainly than let a name or a website suggest otherwise.
We also work differently from a traditional boutique: we source our styles from manufacturers in China, and every order is shipped directly from our fulfilment partner's warehouse in Ningbo, China to your door. No expensive warehouses, no middlemen, no retail markups. That is how we keep our prices low and shipping free, and it is also why delivery takes a little longer than you might be used to, at the latest within 13 business days. We believe online fashion can be affordable and honest at the same time. A store that tells you exactly who we are, where your order ships from, and what your rights are, and lets the styles and prices do the convincing. That is the store we are building with Harperwears.
Shop with confidence
You have 30 days to return any order, for any reason, and our goods come with the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded. If anything arrives faulty or incorrect, we replace or refund it at our expense. The details are in our Return & Refund Policy.
